Key Role Responsibilities:

Develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the company's mission and contribute to the growth and sustainability of the business.

Drive operational excellence by managing complex mining operations, implementing best practices, and enhancing efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to maximize shareholder value.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with the board of directors, senior management, and other stakeholders.

Demonstrate a commitment to promoting a safe working environment, sustainable practices, and responsible mining in line with the company's values and industry standards.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion and investment in promising areas within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad.
Qualifications:
Mining engineering degree with experience in mineral processing, and business administration (MBA), or a related field; advanced degrees are highly desirable.
A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the mining industry and mining operations, with a strong background in underground mining (precious and base metal), project management, or business development.
International exposure and familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and the GCC region are advantageous.
Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Commitment to safety, sustainability, and social responsibility.
